SavioLighting.com has a 14 day exchange policy from the date of receipt of your order on all items on this site provided they are returned in original condition in original carton (Merchandises cannot have been installed or any wires cut or modified, otherwise cannot be exchanged or refunded). Customer is responsible for all insurance and freight charges (inbound and outbound, if your order is a free shipment) on any return. Any item returned to SavioLighting.com for refund will be charged a 25% re-stocking charge.

The following types of items and orders do not qualify for returns or refund:

• Light Bulbs, Fluorescent Replacement Lamps, Parts, and Shades do not qualify for returns unless the error was the fault of SavioLighting.com.
• Special Purchases, such as: Inventory Sale Items, Custom Orders, Special Discounts and the like. 

Damages: All damages or defective merchandise reported to SavioLighting.com within 7 days of receipt of your order will be replaced at SavioLighting.com's expense. In addition, SavioLighting.com will repair or replace at our discretion, any item that fails electrically within one year from date of receipt providing the item has not been improperly used. Shipping charges will apply.

Please open all items immediately upon receipt and inspect them for damage even if you are waiting for an installer to do the installation or if they are not going to be used immediately.
